Dr. Will and his assistant together with the front of house staff provided a welcoming and thorough service without any need to try and upsell or suggest treatments I didnt need. The pricing is extremely reasonable with no compromise on quality of work. Definitely my dentist from now on. A big thank you to all the team.

Omar Abbas I saw Dr Syed Hussain for the first time today. I have a fear of dentist but was recommended by a friend to see Dr Syed to pull out my wisdom tooth. Dr Syed was phenominal and made me feel at ease within seconds. He spoke to me about all my options and walked me through every step of todays procedure. I couldnt believe he took out my wisdom tooth in literally two minutes with no pain whatsoever. The hardest part of todays procedure was me completing the "first time patient form". Thank you Dr Syed.

Raven knows I really liked this place. The dentist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and explained things thoroughly, things that my previous dentists have not. The process was generally very comfortable and not anxiety inducing, and the fluoride they used was very good, it didnt leave an uncomfortable aftertaste in my mouth even though I have very sensitive taste buds. I also liked the receptionist, he had a nice looking face and the expressions he made were amusing. Another notable quality is that its much quieter compared to other dentists Ive previously been to. Overall very good, I was going to ask my mother that we always come here in the future, but it turns out that was already the plan which Im happy about. She also liked this place a lot (specifically that it was quiet).

I have seen three previous dentist and I was referred to an endodontist as the anatomy if my teeth is narrow and the general dentist do not want to do the root canal. My condition left me in worry that I will lose my molars unless I save up for the skyrocket endodontist price. When I came to Preston Family Dental for a first appointment and a general teeth clean, I noticed how careful and meticulous Dr Mithulan is so I decided to have my root canal done under his care. I am really pleased with the almost pain-free treatment. After one year of wait, I finally found a dentist that fixed my problem. There are professionals that seems to be in the industry for the money and make people feel that achieving health is with a hefty price tag. This dentist is different and his profession should be proud of him. Thank you very much for the worry you took off my shoulders. Ethics, professionalism and quality of work are words to describe this amazing dentist!

Elissa Sauzier I got my extractions and braces put on here and all the staff are so gentle and thorough with explaining everything. this place needs to be #1 dentist in melbs. not to mention their prices are a lot more fair than 99% of other places. if you’re afraid of the dentist, go to this place. Everybody working here deserves a raise
