1 /5 J L: Never come here when Ryan isnt there. I heard so many customers come in, ask for Ryan, and the ladies would say "I can also do it for you" and the customer would just walk out - I should have done the same. Look at this mess of what the ladies did to my hair - I asked for highlights with a brown base, and ended up with a ridiculous band of brown at the roots - which they created, its not regrowth! and rough slabs of brassy blonde. They must also have used an overly high developer level, because my scalp was on fire the whole time. This is the most ridiculous colour outcome I have ever experienced, and they charged me $140 for the privilege. I went to another salon to colour over it as soon as I could, which means that I threw away $140 and 3 hours to just look ridiculous for 3 days. If you walk in and Ryan isnt there, run. Regulars know this.
