1 /5 Casey Kemp: The first time I came here was last month and my service was fantastic. I got an eyebrow tint and eyelash tint. Loved the results. The dye was put in with precision and care. Made me rebook another appointment on the spot.
Today I had my second appointment. It was a different lady. I had originally booked a lash lift, tint and eyebrow tint. I was umming and arring about the eyelash lift because I had read things about it damaging lashes if improperly applied and also I didn’t want to waste money as I use mascara everyday.
When I walked into the therapy room, I said to the girl that I wanted to cancel just the lash lift but still do the tint. She said that was fine, no mention of a cancellation fee. When I was on the table, I was thinking about it and asked her some questions regarding the lash lift. Her responses made me feel reassured so I asked if we could still do it. She said no because there was no time. I was thinking, but I booked out an hour with you to do it. She couldn’t possibly have filled the appointment within 5 minutes. Nor did I hear a phone call etc from the desk. When I get up off of the table after the lift I was horrified. It is a rough job. Too dark. Dye all over my eyebrows. There was no care taken here. I felt like a clown walking out and just wanted to cover my face. When I first got my appointment the previous time, the lady actually colour matched to my hair. So this time when this new girl asked me what colour I wanted, I just said please match to my hair.

THEN, when I walk out. The blonde girl I think, Dee, said I had to pay a $30 fee for cancelling my lash lift. I was shocked. I asked why. She said because they booked out the slot for me. I said “on the table I asked if you guys could do it and you said no”. I don’t understand what they don’t get about that. First they tell me they have no time now (the girl just didn’t want to do it) and now they’re saying they have time spare and I need to pay $30 to cover their time.
I’m a fair person. But this was so wrong. I paid it because I didn’t want to argue with them anymore and I felt like a clown. I will never come back. I would have been a repeat customer. My Nannie came here for 10+ years. I am very disappointed and honestly feel like crying. I will be telling all of my girlfriends. The last photo I’ve added is me the first time I got them done. Natural and done with care.
This was a horrible experience and waste of money.
