5 /5 Rachel Hulse: I have been coming to Matt and his team for years and have only ever had exceptional experiences. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We’ve been through so many colours and styles together and every time they manage to pull it off whilst still maintaining the health and integrity of my hair. Matt always works with me on what we can achieve for my hair in terms of colour whilst still keeping it long, which is a real challenge for someone with naturally super dark hair who loves a regular change. Matt is so inspired, so dedicated to his craft and always pushing and learning. He’s also constantly upskilling his awesome team so I know any of them have the support and know-how to give me the hair of my dreams. The salon itself is such a cool vibe and a safe space where everyone is just lovely. Matt also did my wedding party hair for my wedding this year. The planning and lead up was exceptional, getting my colour and hair health perfect over the course of several months. He came to me with inspiration boards for my wedding day style as well as my bridesmaids, worked with all of us to tailor to what we each wanted and just did the most epic job. The hair vibes on the day were simply immaculate.

5 /5 Daisy Lyons: I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Shannon. Not only did she give me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had but passion for her craft was inspiring. Shannon took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed the cut perfectly. I’m absolutely obsessed with my bob and will definitely be coming back. Just as an FYI, I’ve had fully qualified hairdressers at very well known salons struggle to achieve what Shannon did today and it just shows how passionate she is. Do yourself a favour and book in at The Factory and request Shannon for your next cut, you won’t be dissatisfied.

Went back in today for a complimentary fringe trim in between visits and received the same excellent service from Tatum.
