5 /5 Petra S: I am a regular customer and got today my first tinting with Henna and love it. In my life I have tried many brow bars in London, Paris and Melbourne and no one could match Rechals customer service, skill set and attention to detail. She is amazing, puts hygiene first and is absolutely gorgeous - she goes above and beyond for her clients and I have never been happier with my eyebrows and face wax. I can only highly recommend Rechal and give her 100 points out of 10:-) !

Her attentiveness and care whilst attending to my brows was outstanding. She maintains a very clean, bright and fresh salon and is well experienced in her beauty care. 5 /5 Matilda Higham: Absolutely blown away by my first ever eyebrow threading experience with Rechal! I had never had my brows done before and was a little nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She took the time to give me a full consultation, explained what shape would suit me best, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed — she was so friendly, patient, and incredibly gentle. What really impressed me was the extra attention to detail. After threading, Rechal filled in my brows (which was included in the service!) and even showed me how to do it myself at home. It was such a thoughtful and helpful touch. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t recommend Rechal enough — she’s amazing! Thank you :)

5 /5 On Levy: I had such a great experience at The Brow Point! Tucked just off Chapel Street, it’s a hidden gem in Melbourne. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and calming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for expert brow shaping or any beauty treatments.
