5 /5 Pranali Gaonkar: Went here for the first time ever! I had messed up my eyebrows trying to do it myself. Mona did a wonderful job. She listened very well and understood my requests. Very polite and professional. Although it’s subjective but a bit surprised to see so many negative reviews for the place.

On the 16th of may around 4:00pm I asked for eyebrow threading and waxing, everything was fine up until she dropped a blob of wax on my hair, Thinking I wouldn’t notice, she asked her blonde friend in the other room to cut it off while she was continuing to wax my eyebrows. You seriously think I wouldn’t notice? I am absolutely furious that you didn’t TELL ME first that there was wax stuck in my hair AFTER I just got a professional and expensive haircut done. I asked “Did you just cut my hair??” At which she didn’t respond! and said why did you do that without my permission??! and the lady just said “oh it’s just little bit sorry” SERIOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE! The poor service and behaviour I witnessed from these older woman. NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING! I will never come back here again. I am disgusted that I was treated like this. Despicable behaviour.

1 /5 Massea Aleni: This place is terrible. I was tempting to write a review or not but seeing al the other reviews here also being 1 star shows they’ve been terrible ever since they opened. Did my eyebrows and I asked to shape it, they barely even done anything and still charged me the full price. Now I have to go get my eyebrows done again bc you did nothing!! Waste of money here and definitely won’t ever be here again!!

1 /5 Sarah Ali: AVOID!! Worst place to get waxed/threaded. Only had $50 on me and all they could reply was "we dont have any change. Go find somewhere else to change the $50." Also came here in December 2024 and the younger lady with the glasses ripped me off $5!

1 /5 Chuxin Ou: Been here many times , however the level of disappointment is increasing as the same situation happens every time i came. I felt that the customer are not welcome. I waited in the front desk since 9:10, got told that come back 15 minutes. They came back at 9:40 and asked me to wait another 5 minutes. This is unacceptable. Won’t come again , wasting time. Also, the eyebrows service is actually threading, not sure why they use wax now.
