Clean, precise work on my brows (which are challenging). Despite having a que, she took her time with each client and we were very pleased with our results. Thank you

1 /5 supreet arora: I had the worst experience in the knox-beauty & brow (level 2 , near Smiggle), I d rate them 0 if I could. I have been to their other outlets before and I have been threading my brows for years now. However, the lady who did it today was so rough. It was so painful I found it hard to sit through. She left me with small cuts and red-angry bumps AND uneven brows. All of my friends can make out my uneven brows and asking from where you got it done. Please be watchful while going at this store. I am never coming back to this store after this painful experience.

1 /5 Raman Malhi: No wonder why you guys have 2.6 star rating. Came for eyebrows and upper lips and i say customer service is zero. Both the beautician untrained and don’t know how to do the eyebrows. I have been here so many times before and there was one girl with the hizab and 2 more girls, they knows how to work and never complained but today will be my last one. There was one girl who got so much attitude. She didn’t even know how to greet the customer. I humbly request to the owner of this shop that at least please teach them customer service.

1 /5 Izzy Bayles: I normally get my brows done at the upstairs parlour at Knox and they are always perfect exactly how I want them. The young lady that did them last time was amazing and super helpful recommending a henna tint as I said my brows are quite sparse. However, I got them done today at the downstairs store under Kmart. Horrible experience, the lady was super rough with me and my eyebrows are covered in cuts. Not to mention the dry wipe with a tissue after was even worse. She also did not show me the shape before tinting them either, post tint the tint is very uneven and the shape is also not great. Had to go home and basically pluck them myself as she hadn’t even left the front of my brows straight? When she was done she said nothing and just walks away to get me to pay. $33 I understand the price increase but this was definitely not worth it.

I hope to hear back from someone as soon as possible I had a very disappointing experience at the Beauty and Brow Parlour in Knoxfield (underground level) on Friday, 23rd May 2025. I’ve been a regular customer at the upstairs location near Smiggle with no issues, but this was my first visit to the downstairs branch—and unfortunately, it will be my last. I would rate them zero if possible. The staff member who did my eyebrow wax left the wax on too long, which caused immediate burning and discomfort. Later, I noticed swelling and what appears to be a burn. When I returned to the store to express my concerns, both staff members insisted it was due to “sensitive skin”—despite me never having any issues in the past. What upset me most was the attitude of the other staff member. She responded loudly in front of others with, “Did you come to get your $15?” I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. Another staff member offered powder, which obviously wouldn’t fix a visible skin burn. I’ve attached a photo to show the damage caused. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. I hope management takes steps to improve customer care and staff training.
