2 /5 Ashleigh: Very rushed experience today by the lady with long hair! Usually the team are ok but she didnt pay attention to my eyebrows. For $30 and they only spend 5minutes on me, this is very overpriced place for Eyebrows and side wax.

1 /5 ivy lee: I had an awful experience getting my eyebrows threaded today (01/03/25). The staff, particularly an older woman (not the younger one), was extremely rough—pulling out each hair aggressively, leaving my skin red, irritated, and causing my eyes to water nonstop. Even when I winced in pain, she continued without any concern. What frustrated me the most was the poor customer service. As this was my first time, I didn’t know what to do, but instead of guiding or explaining, this woman was rude, impatient, and completely unfriendly. Every time I showed signs of pain or confusion, she didn’t help but instead sighed in frustration, making me feel like I was a bother. Throughout the entire process, there was no explanation—just an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. I felt truly offended by her behavior. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I will never return to this place. Terrible!!!!

Her attention to detail and friendly approach made the service smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Neha for anyone looking for quality beauty services. Will definitely be returning!

1 /5 LILO Lilo: Yesterday I went to do brows waxing and clearly said I wanted brows waxing. When I went to the seat as told by her the person literally put wax on my upper lip area. I told her I wanted brows waxing not upper lip. She didn’t even say sorry or anything just said “oh” and started doing my brows. It was most rough waxing I have had in my life. But the worst part is , later when I was finished I heard them laughing in their language about this incident cause I understand it. Didn’t even say sorry later I PAID AND WENT AWAY. no manners no behaviour nothing no simple courtesy which is very sad.
