1 /5 Georgia Cromarty: Honestly just such terrible service. I usually hate writing negative reviews but having your eyebrows ruined can’t be returned or undone. Asked for a cleanup and to keep them thick and square and she gave me an insanely thin eyebrow that looks terrible. I tried to say afterward that she’d done them too thin and she argued with me, getting defensive and saying it was my fault for not telling her what I wanted even though I specifically told her multiple times. Super rude, terrible service and now I have to grow my eyebrows back to how they were and deal with them looking terrible for now. Whoever is responding to these reviews don’t even bother just get a better staff member who isn’t blowing though 20 appointments every half hour, actually listens to the people paying for the service and isn’t super rude.

1 /5 Psipsina: I went to Barkly square salon on 1st March and asked for a brow tidy and came away with significantly thinner brows than I went in with. We are in 2025 not 1990, not sure why you would thread them so thin? Also my brows are now two very different shapes with one thicker than the other and I now have to get someone else to fix the mess you have made. I was in and out within about 2 mins, with no care or consultation…very poor experience and I will never return.

2 /5 Meg Yeates: I was served by a staff member called Pranisha. The service was rushed and my eye brows were ‘wonky’ and I had to ask her colleague to fix my brows. She was rushing out the door when she served me. Not great. Normally my experience has been positive.

3 /5 Katrina Johnson: Threading/ Waxing/ Tinting is always great at this place. Only issue I have is the beautician that is supposed to apply the lash extensions tells me she is out of stock, all of the time, and will let me know when the stock is in, which never seems to come in, has been going on for at least 3 months.
