The ambiance is calm, the hygiene is impeccable, and the staff are always friendly and professional. A special thank you to Kimiko, my nail tech—her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. She makes every appointment such a joy! I’ve never had a bad experience, and Soak consistently raises the bar. Highly recommend!

I have never ever been happier with my nails, she is an absolute GUN, a trail blazer and an elite in her field! Natasha has acquired several certificates in beauty and has previously owned her own nail salon in France. Being French Natasha is witty, funny and very charismatic! We always have the best chats and I know this because everyone around us always chimes in or listens intently to what we are gass-bagging about. My time with Natasha is always immensely anticipated and very much enjoyed. Her attention to detail is unparalleled and I can see that she is adored and valued by her team.

They’re true nail artists and while my personal nail tastes run very vanilla, their attention to detail is top notch bordering on OCD. And when something isn’t perfect, they’ll fix it, no questions asked.
