1 /5 Jenny Le: I would give them 0 stars if I could. I came in for a pedicure shellac. The staff there doesn’t know what an oval shape looks like, automatically assumed everyone wants a square or round. I had two technicians try and shape them and still didnt get anywhere, I might as well do it myself. This is the only nail place I’ve been to that shapes and files your nail AFTER the polish is cured, ended up ruining the polish application with her filing, what a waste of polish and time. Terrible communication and understanding of basic shellac application. Didn’t ask me the nail length I wanted. Overall poor application of polish and lack of understanding and training when it comes to nail shapes. Will not be coming here again nor recommending it to people. Please save your $45 and go somewhere else.

1 /5 Emy: Would not recommend!! Had the worst set of acrylic nails done here. They dont know how to apply acrylic properly, don’t know how to shape nails and don’t understand basic english. The acrylic applied was sooo thick and wasn’t smoothed out properly so it hardened in such an unnatural shape. From a side-profile, it looks like someone shaped some blutack onto my nails. They tried to then shape my nails after and instead of shaping the almond nails, they made it oval. When i asked to make it more almond and pointy, they shaped it triangle. Then they tried to overcharge me. Calculating a different price at the end, when she quoted me a different price during the set. They don’t have a breakdown of the price-list, so are probably making up prices per customer. Not happy.
