2 /5 Pui Shan Kam: Staff was lovely and gentle with application. Extensions turned out great. Unfortunately, that lasted only for a day because retentions a big issue. Only half the extensions remained after a week. Absolutely disappointing. Like many low rating reviews, I was advised that it was due to my weak lashes, but Ive never had retention issue. The extensions are falling with no lash attached. If it were due to weak lashes, my lashes would fall attached to the extensions. Wish I could just remove it entirely because it has been extremely inconvenient.

2 /5 JA R: I recently got my lash extensions done by a senior artist here and while I’m happy with the final result, I didn’t have the most comfortable experience. The lash artist kept moving my head constantly, sometimes every 5 minutes, and the way she did it was slightly strong - holding my chin and my head at the same time. It made it hard to relax during the process. I’ve gotten lashes done many times before, but this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. Not coming back.
