5 /5 Layla Bengoa: The staff were immediately able to fit us in as walk-in appointments and were really helpful and professional! And the nails turned out really cute, as well as being well priced. Definitely recommend

1 /5 Nanz Panz: I don’t know if this is the place or The one nails, but it’s the one by the entrance of Wollies in Acland St. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! The place I like was fully booked so this is the closest one from it available as I was in a hurry. Should’ve checked the review so that’s my bad. If I could give this 0 star I would. I had acrylic refill done and I’ve told her I like my nails thick as my nails tend to snap. But the lady was clearly not experienced. Firstly some of my nails are thing and some are super thick. She did bad job at applying it too that went everywhere in my cuticles and skin, so when she had to buff it out she cut me. Lastly and the worst part, there’s air bubbles underneath the coloured gel. Not even cheaper too! I asked how long it’ll take (as I know some experts are quicker then the rest) I ended up being late for my next appointment as she took 1/2 hour longer than she said. Should’ve done what the lady next to me did, she walked away 1/4 done saying she’s going else where to get it fixed.

1 /5 Vale P: Dont go there. The pedicure the worst service ever. The water was cold, they havent fixed the feet just wash them, the nail painting was not well done and when I ask to fix it they were not soft at all. They didnt finished my feet and started with another guest, very rude and not relaxing at all.

1 /5 Emily Manna: Worst pedicure, went in with a friend for 2 pedicures, both lasted 10 minutes, no effort put in at all. Water was cold, no spa, and barely any moisturizer used, no service was actually provided. Nail polish was old and gluggy on both colours chosen, the lady diluted it to try make it smooth however was not successful and was happy to apply it thick and did not care if it was smudged or looked smoothed. Top cot applied straight away which cause more of a smudged looked and had to ask to get it redone twice which made no difference. Was very overpriced, $45 for a pedicure for 10 minutes with no effort and smudged nails is robbery. Will not be returning, do not recommend.
