2 /5 RUPI MAVI: I recently visited Professional Nails for a nail service, and I must say that the overall experience was quite positive. The staff were professional and provided good service throughout my visit. However, I did notice that they tend to charge quite a bit for even minor changes or adjustments to the nail design. And they don’t have all colour’s available. While I appreciate their attention to detail, I found their pricing for these modifications to be on the higher side.

1 /5 Peri Cevik: Very disappointed with this nail salon, not only did I have to spend over 3 hours getting my nails and pedicure done because they were over crowding their salon and having to stop several times to start others which is not acceptable when you’ve made an appointment serval weeks ago. My nails only lasted 2 weeks! The quality is absolutely shocking, both set of hands managed to lose 2 nails each and naturally without even hitting into anything, the quality of nail polish and effort put into my French tip was not okay. You can see my real nails underneath still, the shape and everything was beyond disappointing!!!!

2 /5 Arianne Nikko: In my first visit, the lady with flower tattoo on her right arm is so rude. She’s so unfriendly and acted unprofessionally. The other lady on my second visit was really nice and friendly. The price is expensive for such a simple nail color on an SNS.

2 /5 Silsila Tahbin: Their quality is becoming so poor. I am a regular customer and been coming here for a long time. I have noticed over the past year, everytime I get my nails done, it either chips the next day in multiple nail, the polish cracks, or the nail.polish is not smooth and uniform colour. There is always an issue. I just got my ails done sns 3 days ago and I have already gone back to them for 3 nails cracking and chipping. Today, I have to go again because its chipping in other places and doesnt even look fresh! Its becoming a big waste of money and my time. This will be my last time getting their service.

1 /5 Parminder Sekhon: Very disappointed with the service. This place was my number one go to but not anymore. Lady who did my nails was in rush and missed so many spots on my nails. When I asked her to re do the she was belaying me. Photos attached for your reference. Also paint on one nail came off on same day.
