5 /5 Đăng Khoa Võ: Took my girlfriend to Pearl Nails Salon in Fitzroy for the first time, and it was a great choice! The staff was welcoming, the salon was clean and stylish, and the service was top-notch. We both left with beautifully done nails and a smile. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Jessica Rudolph: Do NOT go here. Find another salon. I went with my friend to get mani pedis. We called in advance and they said they could fit us in. We were in the salon for over two hours - at many moments left unattended. This is not the problem. My friend had her shellac removal on her hands for an extended period of time. When she finally took off the foil on her own someone put her hands in a dish of liquid. She was left for another 20 minutes and when her hands started to burn she realized they put her hands in acetone by accident vs water. No apology at all. My pedicure was done very poorly. I asked them to fix it - it was redone 2x and still resulted in a very bubbly application of polish. No apologies. We had been there for so long that we wanted to just leave. I called an hour after getting home and asked for a refund for the service. The woman on the phone was hostile and refused to provide a refund. She refused to let me speak to the owner. So frustrating - poor quality service and no rectification.

My technician was skilled and attentive, making sure every detail of my manicure and pedicure was perfect. They used high-quality products, and the results were outstanding—my nails have never looked better! I also appreciated their commitment to hygiene and safety. I highly recommend Pearl Nails Salon for anyone looking for top-notch nail care and a fantastic salon experience. Also there is a girl name Rose, she’s the most pretty girl that I have seen in my life and Ill definitely be returning!

1 /5 Joanna Talamor: This place is unprofessional and a waste of time. I called ahead for a mani/pedi and was told to come in 20 minutes. I arrived on time, only to sit in a pedicure chair with no water soak or explanation about the wait. Despite being first, I watched another walk-in get served for a manicure before me. After 30 minutes of waiting, they finally started my pedicure. When it was done, the technician began a manicure on another customer—who arrived after me—leaving me to wait again and watch this beside me.. so rude! By the end, I’d been there 1.5 hours, only had a pedicure done, and watched two later arrivals get fully serviced. Also the quality of the work is okay, nothing special. They clearly overbook to maximize profits, but the disorganized and inconsiderate service isn’t worth it. Avoid this place if you value your time.
