Ron Barassi Snr Park - Docklands

Festus Ifiti jr This review isnt about the park but the whole docklands area. When I was in Melbourne, I was told many times by the natives not to come to the Docklands. That the area is rubbish, theres nothing to do there, its sterile and boring. So of course I went. Docklands reminds me of Canary Wharf in the UK. I live near Canary wharf and so I loved the Docklands area. Its modern, clean, with loads of boats and water so its quite calming. You can spend half a day in the area, there arent that many people, there are loads of things to do. I personally dont know why the Docklands is hated. If youre in the area it has all the things you want if you want to stay for a short while or if youre a young professional.

Enterprize Wharf - Melbourne

Benjamin Goss Jetlagged at 4am in Melbourne? This was a cool, safe, clean place to hang out with my child. It is a short walk from several hotels. Its open 24 hours a day obviously, and there was a cool view and photo-op of the park across the river. Plus a couple rowing teams were up that early!

House Down Under Melbourne - Docklands

Harshada Patil The House Down Under in Docklands is a fun, creative spot we really enjoyed. The upside-down setting is perfect for quirky photos and playful moments. Staff were lovely and super helpful, happily suggesting poses and even taking fun, creative videos. It’s a quick visit—around 20 minutes—but at $20 entry (kids under 4 free), it’s great value. A one-time experience that’s perfect for families or tourists looking for something different.
