1 /5 cham mal: I was disappointed and dissatisfied by the service I received. I came in for a manicure and pedicure with shellac. I felt the service was rushed and the gel polish looks clumpy and has leaked along the edges. There was also no clear polish or cuticle oil applied to my toes following the pedicure. Waiting to have it removed as it looks messy! Would not recommend this salon.

1 /5 Kylie Arcilla: This will be ZERO STAR, but unfortunately bo such thing is Zero when reviewing here Ive been a loyal customer at this nail salon and have always enjoyed coming here, but today was a disappointing experience. I came in to have my SNS removed and clearly requested a clear coat at the end to keep my nails smooth. The first technician understood and even confirmed my request. However, when her shift ended, she handed me over to another technician. I expected the request to be communicated properly since I even heard the word “coat” mentioned in their conversation. They also made me pay extra in advance, so I assumed everything would be done as expected. Instead, the second technician applied some kind of nail moisturizer rather than a clear coat. When I politely reminded her about my request, she was rude and dismissive, saying things like, “Why say it late?” She spoke too fast (or maybe it was her mask), but her tone was unprofessional. She then rushed to rub off the moisturizer, but at that point, I just left because I couldn’t take her attitude. Everyone has long days and gets tired, but that is never an excuse to be rude to a paying customer. I was the only client there, so there was no reason for the miscommunication or the rush to close early. I paid extra for what I requested, yet I left feeling mistreated. This experience was truly disappointing, and I hope management ensures better customer service moving forward. Also, my skin sorta burned from the acetone with that HOT water.

They made me pay extra upfront, so I expected everything to be done correctly. Instead, when the second technician started putting a cuticle oil, I politely reminded her about my request, she was rude and dismissive, saying, “Why say it late? I already (starting) putting this” She spoke too fast (or maybe it was her mask), but her attitude was unprofessional. She then make a angry noise and tried to rush to rub off the oil, but at that point, I just left because I couldn’t take her rudeness. Everyone has long days, and she may be tired already but that’s no excuse for poor customer service, especially when I was the only client there. I paid extra for what I requested, yet I left feeling mistreated, which was truly disappointing. She rushing just because she wanna close off EARLY yesterday -.- I hope the management will do something about people they hire. Also, they made me dunk my hands to a acetone with HOT WATER. Thanks to that, my skin is now burnt

5 /5 Melody (mellu.dines): I’ve been coming here for the last couple of months now and have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff are kind, helpful and very gentle with your nails. Definitely recommend coming here.
