I came in asking for pedicure with acrylic on bigger toe since i just back from bali and they had messed it up. The lady told me it was going to be fine and that i didn’t need it. First of all the whole pedicure was in plain water, mind you i have been there many times i know exactly how things are meant to go. She had skipped a couple of things like the exfoliation of skin. I had noticed but didn’t say anything because i wasn’t going to say anything till the end since she may do it at the end. Then concluded it wasn’t going to happen maybe she forgot. So i didn’t mention anything since i didn’t want to be that person. My nails are done and i notice they are really bumpy, i had told the lady and she said she will fix it. Ok i wait, she filed my nails shorter , says done again. I again told her she did not fix it, she filed my nails shorter when throughout the service i had asked her not to and i also asked for them to be straight and not to round them yet she did it. I had asked multiple times. That isn’t fair. She has now told the other lady to come over and i explained to her the issue , she said it will take one minute to fix, i wait two and said i need to go because i have somewhere to be. I didn’t have time. This was honestly the worst experience ever. I have been there before, multiple times, and because i am young they had taken advantage of me and didn’t want to give me more of a $5 discount.
