1 /5 charlotte f: I am not one to leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but I had to share my disappointment with the service I received on Friday morning, as well as the staffs awful attitude. I walked in wanting to get a wash, cut and blow-dry, when I was seated at the basin the lady informed me how gross my hair was and that I should be washing my hair every 2 days (I have thick hair so I have never had to do this). She then proceeded to shampoo my hair once, then condition only the ends, I was at that basin for no more than 2 minutes , and I didn’t feel her fingers in the centre of my head at all. When I was sat at the mirror, she made sure to tell me that I had very bad dandruff (this hasn’t ever been an issue). She continued to give my hair a trim, then very roughly blow-dry my hair. I walked out of that salon with my hair still damp around the edges of my face and got charged $70. When we went back in to explain my disappointment (very calmly might I add), the ladies became so defensive and so rude and broke down the cost so that the cut alone was $30 (less than an inch was taken off). I completely understand paying this much for a quality service, but this was not it. As we left, the lady who did my hair said to come back and she will wash my hair again, obviously knowing what a poor job she did in the first place. I have never been so disappointed in a hair service, and it’s incredibly sad considering how great the reviews are for this place. I do not recommend that you spend your time and money here.

5 /5 Toni Val: Beautiful team and great professional Courtesy. They know what they are talking about than giving advice and give you realistic goals and outcomes. Their keratin leave in treatment is a definite have to do especially after colouring. I have been coming her for the past year and my hair was in horrible condition and felt like straw. These beautiful ladies bought it back to life and health. The treatments are a godsend and the girls are absolute angels. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable hairdresser. The finishing touches they put into their effort really shows on the final product.i couldn’t be any happier with my hair.
