Lotus Lotus I basically come here once a week. The staff is very friendly and serious. The staff will prepare the room for me in advance. When I walk into the store, I can even smell the incense, which makes me feel very relaxed. With professional techniques, coming here for massage and Facial has become a place I must visit during my vacation.

Gigi Smith Wow! Could give zero stars if I could. Came here afternoon 13/4/24 for underarm wax. The service was so awful, the lady left chunks of wax under my arms and I asked if she could please remove the wax and she said and I quote “ have a shower when you get home” I told her it was bad service and then she handed me a tissue so I had to ask if she could position the mirror so I could see and take it off myself! I later discovered once home she had left hairs on as well. So disappointed, that was my first and last visit! Perhaps employ people who at least want to work there and also trained on how to do it and also give them a bit of customer service training. It wouldn’t hurt.
