1 /5 Maria: I walked into the nail salon because it was empty and therefore thought refilling my acrylic nails would not take longer at all. I first had a nail tech who was clearly experienced, then a regular customer of theirs walked in and she left to go and fix two of her nails which were in need of repair and a change of colour. Then I had another nail tech come to work on my nails, who was clearly inexperienced and who managed to bleed me on four different fingers!!!! Then the other experienced nail tech returned and they were both working on my nails towards the end. I had to literally ask them to speed things up And told the experience nail tech about the gashes of blood that were on my fingers but there was no care in the world for them. I then proceeded to the register after one hour and 45 minutes of being in that salon for an acrylic refill And was charged over $60 because of the Shellac colour I chose- of which was the only nail colour chart to choose from upon entry given to me. I did not bother to ask for a discount. I did not bother to even ask her, I had enough of being in that salon for over one hour and 45 minutes for an acrylic nail refill. That is an absolute joke especially since the place was entirely empty and that professional nail tech should never have left her chair to go and repair two nails next to me absolutely disgraceful do not enter these premises!!!!!!!

5 /5 Claud: I recently visited for a gel colour removal, and I had a positive experience. This review is based solely on my own visit. I requested a gel color removal but needed special care due to a couple of injured nail beds from a previous experience where my nails were filed too deeply. I asked if they could avoid using the electric file and instead use acetone to gently remove the gel. The first nail tech kindly agreed to my request and began the process by wrapping my nails in cotton soaked with acetone. Since I asked them not to use the electric file, the removal process took much longer than usual. Despite this, the team was patient and accommodating. The nail techs took turns working on my nails between attending to other clients, ensuring that my nails were treated with care. I’m very happy with the results. My nails feel healthy and comfortable, and I appreciate the extra attention given to my situation. The total cost for the service was $25, which I found reasonable for the level of care and service provided. Thank you!

4 /5 S Cheng: I go to this nail salon regularly. Sometimes they are very busy and one technician will serve 2 to 3 customers at the same time. Overall, the service is not too bad, I had many bad experiences in other nail salon before. I would recommend to book for same technician to have consistent service.

2 /5 Kate H: Took hours to get my nails done and they kept switching between multiple staff and accepting customers when they already had many people waiting in the salon. The colour and shape is not what I asked for when I wanted a really simple design. I had visited around 1 year prior and it was really good, unfortunately that service is no longer the same.
