The staff was very warm and friendly and the salon has a calming atmosphere. Though I called up to make an appointment late in the day, the kept the salon open to accommodate me. Georgia listened to me about the style I wanted and she nailed it. It was exactly what I asked for. Well worth the trip across other side of town, and definitely my favourite salon experience so far in Melbourne. I will return to this salon.
