5 /5 Josie Passos: Marcia Valeria, owner of MV Hair Spa, is an excellent professional. I live in Sydney and I come to Melbourne to get my blonde hair done with her. After going through a lot of professional work, I found Marcia and she managed to recover my hair, now I have long, blonde and healthy hair. The products used are vegan, not damaging the hair shaft, leaving it beautiful and healthy. The space is beautiful and cozy, Marcias team is always around helping. Always punctual and very friendly. Excellent professional, I highly recommend him.

My hair was a brassy, yellow mess from home bleaching, and she completely transformed it into perfection. She was incredibly accommodating and such a genuine, lovely person. 5 /5 Emilea Plotnek: I had the best experience ever at Marcia Valeria’s Hair Spa!!! I rarely write extensive reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I havent stopped receiving compliments on my hair since my visit! Seriously, I can’t even count the number of times I’ve been stopped in the street to ask where my hair was done. The attention to detail and level of care are next-level. Marcia and her gorgeous daughters not only made me the best coffee in South Melbourne but also provided delicious pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) during my treatment. Marcia took the time to get to know me before selecting the perfect colour and cut—even asking for my star sign and taking a photo of my eye colour—and she nailed it! Marcia completely transformed my hair. I was growing out a bad bleach job, and my hair felt brittle and dry. She revamped my look with highlights and layers for movement, and my hair has never felt healthier. I expected more dryness from going lighter, but it was the complete opposite. Marcia colored my hair before washing it, which kept the hair shaft closed, and I believe that made all the difference. The hair spa experience was heavenly—I felt so relaxed, I could have fallen asleep! I also purchased her recommended shampoo and conditioning mask (Minu), and they’ve been game-changers for my hair. The products feel and smell luxurious without any nasties. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience and haven’t stopped raving about it since my visit. The salon is super clean and absolutely STUNNING! I’m already looking forward to my next hair spa treatment. This place is a hidden gem!
