She recently helped me through a massive transition, changing my long, dyed, dark brunette hair to an amazing silver, so I can embrace my now-dominant white hair. As anyone who has considered this change knows, it can be a big deal for a woman. I encountered plenty of people who advised me that at 45 I was crazy to contemplate such a radical change. Dawn has been so supportive and awesome --technically and emotionally! -- over the two big sessions that it took to make the change. Her colour expertise is second to none... yet she never made false promises, and always put the health and integrity of my hair first. I have never received so many compliments on my hair as Im now getting... I love it... THANK YOU Dawn! x

5 /5 esther white: I’m not sure what I look forward to more - walking out of Madam Frou Frou with stunning eyebrows, or having an excuse to see the delightful Mel. Her attention to detail is next level, the henna eyebrows are always a great colour match and last for six weeks, and she tints my lashes with zero stinging. I also absolutely love the Indian Head Massage, which I’d recommend to anyone who stores tension in their head or clenches their teeth. The salon itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Recommend, recommend, recommend.
