Super pleased to finally find a salon in Melbourne that uses an autoclave for stainless steel equipment and single use files/foot pumice stones etc! Super clear. The lovely girl was telling me that since “professionail” is also located in NSW they have very strict cleaning protocols! Such a relief knowing that a business takes this much care for its clients. Will definitely be back regularly, staff are so friendly

They listen to your needs without pressuring you into add ons, and take gentle care during the whole pressure. I have gotten brow lamination and lash lift tint with great results! Highly recommend.
