From the moment I stepped into Lotus Clinic, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The space is immaculate and calming, setting the tone for an experience that was both thorough and reassuring. The thoughtfully curated Spotify playlist in the waiting room was a beautiful touch—elevating the experience with a sense of ease and comfort before my appointment even began. Dr. Callum conducted my checkup and clean with exceptional care and precision. What stood out most was his dedication to patient education—he took the time to explain the nuances of my teeth with clarity and detail, ensuring I left with a deeper understanding of my oral health. His expertise, combined with his genuine care, made the experience both seamless and reassuring. Beyond the excellent care, I also found the value of a thorough checkup—including all X-rays and a professional clean—to be very well priced. The staff were compassionate and attentive, and Dr Callum provided exceptional service. A huge relief, both with the emergency and with the comfort of knowing that it was being done properly. He was incredibly informative, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. The extraction itself was quick and painless, and the recovery has been smooth.
