5 /5 V E: I had my second visit to Lilly and Lulu’s today for a hydrating facial. It was a Mother’s Day gift from my family after I had raved about my first facial with Monique. I cannot recommend Monique more highly, if you are looking to have a totally amazing experience. From the moment you step into her beautiful salon you feel relaxed. Monique creates a “total” experience with the extras that you don’t get elsewhere. From the welcome herbal tea and chat about your skin, her knowledge about products, and her expertise in facials and massage you can be assured that you will walk out absolutely relaxed, and feeling that you have been pampered in a caring and personalised session. Congratulations on creating this beautiful space Monique and thank you for the service that you provide. It’s amazing!

5 /5 Phoebe Sydney-Smith: Best facial ever! Monique has really went above and beyond to make the space super calming. The products she uses are amazing, and I really could feel the difference in my skin with every step she did! All your senses will be in zen mode, the lovely music/ocean sounds, beautiful aromas and delicious herbal tea on arrival made me forget all the stresses of the world. Thankyou so much Monique, will definitely be back!

5 /5 kylie k: I thoroughly enjoyed a two hour massage, hydrating facial and hot argan oil hair treatment. Monique immediately relaxed me with a cup of tea in her beautifully calm studio, and asked me questions about my skin. I loved that personalised approach. It was honestly a great relaxing massage, I felt very comfortable (nearly drifted off to sleep). The facial was perfect and my skin felt so refreshed (people commented the next day). I left the oil in my hair overnight and when washed out the next day, my hair felt so much better. I purchased some products that were recommended for my skin, and I am already feeling the difference 3 days later. Thanks Monique! 5 stars for a 10 star service :)

5 /5 Laura Pratt: Loved my visit to Lilly & Lulus! I was gifted a voucher for a hydrating facial. Feeling a bit nervous having rosacea and very sensitive skin I decided to give it a go. Monique was so lovely. Spending time explaining all the ingredients and asking what areas Id like to focus on (early ageing wrinkles for me). I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep and boy does my face feel hydrated! My early signs of wrinkles has definitely reduced. Ill absolutely be coming back for more treatments ❤

5 /5 R_Holmes: I attended Moniques clinic with my mum and sister for a pamper day! Best facial we ever had! Monique went above and beyond for us. She provided us with herbal tea, bottled water and biscuits. Not only these little touches, but her place is so beautifully designed. Clean, cool, calming and peaceful. My face has never felt so amazing and is still glowing days later! We will definitely be back to visit Monique... I cant wait to try all her different facials! Thank you for making our day so special
