The team are so skilled and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in heaps of detail. Such a cute clinic too! Clean, comfortable and very lovely ambience. 1 /5 Georgina Lamont: It’s pretty clear that LaBelle really only cares about money, not about what is best for you and your skin. I came to LaBelle with pigmentation and acne scarring concerns - this was the first thing I mentioned to them, the lady instantly tried to sell me a $2000 package of both ‘acne treatment’ and micro needling. There were no questions asked about my lifestyle, skin products I use, allergies, sensitivities - nothing. The lady tried to pressure me into the package, saying everyone else that goes there does a package or it doesn’t work. I said, I will try doing the acne treatment and micro needling one time and then reassess from there - noting that my initial concerns was hyper pigmentation and acne scarring. There was no explanation as to what either of the procedures entailed, how long it would go for - and when I asked these questions I was made to feel like I was being difficult. They commenced the acne treatment which is basically just your skin being picked at and pimples/white heads/black heads being extracted with a tool. It extremely painful. The micro needling was fine. At the end, the lady tried to sell me a “medical mask” pack for $50 - no thank you. Oh but it’s 2 for 1. Again, no thank you. Left feeling like I was just a grab at money. A little bit more care, professionalism and understanding would go a long way for this business. Oh and I was told it would take 1.5 hours for the whole thing - I walked out of there 3 hours later.
