The service was exceptional and they explained everything in detail so we understood what was happening step by step. From clinic to hospital and then after care, the experience was flawless.

Every single person on staff knew exactly what they were doing and clearly they run a very tight ship in terms of professionalism. Pricing was very fair considering its a specialist and they demonstrated integrity by reducing the scope of the work done when wed already approved a more expensive procedure. Our son is a bit sensitive to new environments but never had a single complaint their "bedside manner" with kids is excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

His anxiety was reduced with her friendly and efficient nature and the GA procedure couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Dr Kan was extremely thorough and there were no surprises with the outcome. Her extended team with Margaret and Vanessa have been fantastic throughout and with following up post operation. Definitely recommend Dr Kan!
