5 /5 Antonella Celi: I experienced my first cryo session today. I felt very comfortable as Jenna introduced me to the treatment and walked me through the cryo process and treatment. The cryo is an amazing therapeutic experience to destress and I noticed a significant difference in my vitality and wellbeing after the first session. The location in Rye was easy to access, with ocean views and a tranquil ambience. Ill be back soon to indulge in the other state of the art therapeutic treatments. Thank you.

And oh my goodness Tess gave me such a beautifully personalised Ayurvedic style massage. I walked out so zen I couldn’t even find my car! What a Peninsula gem!
