5 /5 Aaron & Theary: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing! Jenny and her team at JN. Hair Nail & Beauty are beyond incredible! From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The quality of their service is unmatched, and the prices are unbelievably affordable for the attention to detail they provide. I’ve been coming here since they opened in Noble Park, and I can confidently say it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff are exceptionally skilled, friendly, and always make you feel welcomed. Every time I leave, I’m 100% happy with my nails—even with intricate designs, they nail it every time (pun intended)! I recommend them to all my friends and family. Today, I brought my mum in for an SNS manicure (shade 42 with oval-square shaped on her natural nails), and I got an ombré French SNS manicure with almond-shaped natural nails. Both turned out perfect! The shape, color, and overall execution were flawless—and all at a very fair price. On top of that, I also had my blonde hair extensions washed and blow-waved, and I walked out feeling absolutely fabulous! Every visit is a delightful experience. JN. 1 /5 Kim Tov: I had my eyelashes done here and during the appointment I cried and flinched three times. The woman did not stop the service and continued. After this, she charged me extra for having a lot of eyelashes, which I have never experienced before from any other places. For context, I have had my eyelashes done consistently for 6 years and have never had any reaction. Although they looked nice, once I got home I could see that they were placed too close to the root of the lashes and on my waterline. I had them removed by a home salon I had called last minute and they confirmed that the lashes were placed too close to the root causing the swelling. Therefore, because my eyes were bloodshot red I had to see a doctor who gave me antibiotics for the bacteria and eyedrops to calm the swelling. I had gone back to explain the situation and she took no accountability, so I had asked for an email for the dispute. However, she refused to give an email and said I should’ve said something when I left. But, swelling takes time and does not happen instantly. She owed me a duty of care and skill which she neglected. I do not want a refund, which she never offered, I just want her to take accountability and to avoid others having to go through the same thing so sharing my experience is enough. Although, it must be highlighted that store policies refusing refunds outright is illegal and also applies to services.

1 /5 Anastasia kl: Did my nails there a couple days ago. I showed them a design they said they can do it. My nails are atrocious and nothing close to what I asked. Also I told her I wanted them as the photo was and she started doing her own designs. Well I won’t recommend them if you want a design on your nails. Something more simple maybe they can do.
