Yering Farm Wines - Yering

M & K Van Hoof What a wonderful memorable experience. We were so lucky to have the very knowledgeable and friendly Megan to guide us through the wine tasting. We loved that it was such a personal intimate experience and such a family oriented Winery. You could feel the love in every sip after Megan told us the history of the farm. We purchased the "One on One" bottle to take away as it was a very unique idea from growing to harvesting. The view was amazing and this rustic winery was definitely our favourite one visited on our holiday.

Yileena Park - Yarra Glen

Amanda Elkoumi Scott was absolutely lovely, extraordinarily helpful and had a wonderful demeanor. The winery itself is very small and intimate, would recommend calling ahead if you want to visit. The wine tasting was great, you’ll get a taste of both white and reds (my faves were the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon) and we opted for the dip plate for some nibbles, was quite perfect. The views are stellar from the upstairs balcony. Really enjoyed our visit here!

TarraWarra Yarra Valley Winery, Restaurant & Cellar Door - Yarra Glen

Rhe S The most wonderful meal and experience for our 10 year anniversary. We had the four courses and matched wine. Food, wine and service was impeccable. After a delicious meal, the staff brought out a surprise complimentary dessert after I mentioned when we arrived it was our anniversary. Highly recommended

Adrian Millard This is a lovely well maintained large park. The trees are beautiful and the grass is lush. The playground is also good.

Montrose Vineyard - Montrose

Eddie Zhou The experience was very bad. There were obviously many places to park, but there were no instructions, causing me to park my car on someone elses private land. Moreover, the proprietress is very stingy. The mobile phone signal here is not good. I wanted to contact my family to ask for the WiFi password, but I was rejected directly. Moreover, grapes are used for making wine. They are not tasty even after being picked, so they can only be squeezed for juice. In short, this is originally a winery, not an orchard.

Maroondah Reservoir Park - Healesville

Paulina Osorio I went to Maroondah Reservoir Park on a sunny day and it was a beautiful experience. The route to the viewpoint has spectacular landscapes and many areas for photos. The reservoir is impressive and you can breathe a lot of tranquillity. Ideal for a picnic, walking or just disconnecting. There are bathrooms and free parking near the entrance. It is recommended to bring water, sunscreen and camera. I would go back without thinking about it.

Alowyn Gardens - Yarra Glen

Mary Mathews This is one of my 2 favourite gardens in Victoria (other being Forest Glade Gardens). The main reason is the Wisteria and I love Wisteria. I went at the end of September and it was really beautiful it is over a big walk way so it dangled over the walkway. It’s really lovely I think another month later would have been even better for more bloom. The maze hedge was cool, and lots of different trees and plants to explore and a paddock out the back with very cute cows. Don’t think they were part of the gardens but I went and said hello. The cafe was okay. We ended up going next door to the Chocolaterie.
