From our first appointment to now, Skye has consistently delivered exceptional service. She takes the time to discuss what you want and shares her expert opinions. She helped me find the perfect hair colour for my skin tone and expertly blended my grey hair. This time, I also got a haircut tailored to my style, and it looks fantastic. Shes an absolute pleasure to deal with, and shes going to be my hairstylist forever

1 /5 Kahu Te Whatu: Purchased this product used once and brought back because the bottle is not user friendly to squeeze even after leaving inverted for use. Poor design of the bottle. Asked for a credit or any other product that can be used easily. But I was told to run it under hot water prior to use which is not a solution to poor design choice and was notified that they would not receive credit from reps unless I was allergic. Left the product with them. The other solution was to email the company directly taking more of my time with no solution. As a stockist who sells a brand this is poor handling. Just lost a household of women with hair down to our hips as me and my family will not be purchasing from here in the future

I used the product immediate got the result I wanted. Went back into the shop today to say THANK YOU!!!! Will continue to use this branch for further purchases.

1 /5 Sharon Westwick: I was recommended by my hairdresser to go to Hairhouse to purchase hair colour as they will colour match. The older woman behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending and of no help at all! I hope that she realizes that her rudeness impacts others! Kindness is free!
