2 /5 Meg McConnell: The ladies here are lovely but I was charged $65 for a builder gel without any tips (!!) for a French manicure…. I didn’t get any sort of manicure with the nails. I had to ask for my cuticles to be cut which were super grown out and it wasn’t until the gel had been applied that the lady cut them, so now they looks super uneven and unfinished. My nails were also not filed down again after gel was applied so now they are super block like and uneven. I just don’t think it’s fair to charge such a high price for a rushed service that didn’t feel complete

Ive been a frequent visitor for SNS on my hands and pedicures for about a year now, and they have consistently delivered spectacular results every single time. What I truly appreciate about Glamshell is their honesty and consideration for their clients time. Whether you call ahead or pop in, if theyre busy, theyll always take the time to check their schedule and offer you a specific return time that would be more ideal for you, saving you from having to wait around unnecessarily. This level of respect for their customers is something you dont find everywhere. They also seem to have a knack for anticipating or understanding my needs without me having to explain much at all, which is truly impressive. They are a very accommodating place. The spa offers a great range of options and choices to suit all sorts of styles and colour preferences. I always feel comfortable and incredibly well-treated during my appointments. The staff never make you feel like a burden; in fact, it genuinely feels like they enjoy having you there. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my nail needs. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering the spectacular job they do. Since I started coming here, my nails seem to be growing stronger and healthier. I couldnt recommend Glamshell Beauty Spa more highly. If youre looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled beauty spa in Williamstown, look no further!

5 /5 Sofia Canavati: First time I love my nails, after 5 years of arriving in Australia! Not every salon has a GOOD acrylic nail service. Anyone can do SNS, acrylic requires more technique and she nailed it. Im in love with my nails and I wont be going to any other salon EVER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great customer service as well. Even got a lil hand massage at the end!

5 /5 Lauren Doyle: Best nail Salon in the inner west. I have been getting Gel nails here for the last few years and could not be happier. They dont break, are well priced, the attention to detail is next level and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I also get my eyelash extensions done here, and keep coming back for refills as eyelashes are isolated correctly when extension is applied. Highly recommend Glamshell beauty for both nails and eyelash extensions.
