5 /5 Keran Thompson: I recently had the pleasure of getting both ombré brows and lip blushing done by Dharlene, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely comfortable. Her studio is clean, welcoming and super professional- the perfect environment to relax and trust the process. Dharlene is an absolute perfectionist in the best possible way. She took her time to map everything out with precision, explained every step clearly, and made sure I was happy before moving forward. Her attention to detail is truly next level, and it shows in the final results. My ombré brows healed beautifully and look so natural- I’ve gotten so many compliments! And the lip blushing gave my lips the most gorgeous fresh tint that makes me feel put together even without makeup. If you are considering either of these treatments I can’t recommend Dharlene enough. Her passion, skill and perfectionist nature make her a true artist. I’m so glad I found her!

After moving areas, I have had a hard time trying to find a lash technician but am extremely satisfied with the service I received on Tuesday and recommend her highly. The lashes are lightweight, and very natural looking, the application was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! Beautiful salon and lovely tunes playing in the background. Easily accessible by tram from the CBD, or a short walk from Southern Cross Station. Ill definitely be returning for my refill in a few weeks!

3 /5 P Sari: It was my first time at Glam Artistry and Dharlene was lovely, we sat down and had a consultation in regards to my preferences and the whole process was well thought of and comfortable. The results were also great and I had received compliments on it the next day. However retention was poor and within a few hours I had already lost a few lashes, and subsequently the next few days upon brushing a lot more just fell off, which is very unusual for me as Ive always had lashes and they had never fallen so quickly. After expressing my concern to Dharlene she advised that 3-5 natural lashes falls off every day, however in my situation, only the extensions did and I sent her photos of them so I did ask her for advice on whether the adhesive was not suitable and if she was available to have a look at it and either have it refilled or removed. I was rather disappointed that I had lost 50% of my extensions within the first week and communicated that it wasnt sustainable for me if I had to refill every week, she responded that the adhesive was probably the issue because they didnt want to use one with stronger fumes and more sensitive eyes friendly, but also did not respond to my query of her availability. It is two weeks in now and at least 80% of my extensions had fallen off. Maybe my natural lashes just didnt suit the adhesive, but I feel it would have been nice if she had offered to rectify it, to have a look ans retouch it within the first week or remove it for me after I voiced out my concern.
