It’s really amazing to be around someone who is not only passionate but extremely good at what she does. My lashes looked so good that it’s fuelled my addiction to having them done. I came into the consultation not knowing the exact colour I wanted, but her professionalism and experience led us to the perfect shade. She was well versed with her knowledge, walking me through every step of the way to ensure I knew what was happening whilst my eyes were closed. I was afraid the colour would be too bright and pink, so I voiced my concerns - Vivian took this seriously and the result was absolutely flawless and the exact colour I had envisioned in my head (as I didn’t know how to describe what I wanted). You can really see that she loves what she does. The rapport she built with me to ensure I was comfortable throughout the whole session was unmatched.
