5 /5 Bhagesh Chauhan: This place is well maintained by the club. Nice facilities provided to the young players and keeps them motivated to come to the field. Canteen and restrooms are well maintained. Got BBQ options so if it’s nice and sunny you can have nice BBQ. Parking could be an issue as I don’t see much space there for the parking and most of the people have their cars parked on the nature strip.

5 /5 Sherree Collins: Love the timber fort playground, sandpit, water play area, swings and cute shops to spike those imaginative plays. The oval is great to kick a footy around and there are some some great bike tracks too. I found one single trail, but Im guessing there may be more. This park has lots to offer for all ages and is one of our favourites

5 /5 Mariangela Osiecki: Excellent playground with a wonderful range of activities. Good facilities and shade. Also a short walk to Edendale farm to see the animals there.

4 /5 Ajanta Judd: A great place to go for a lovely walk through the gum tree lined walkways. Fantastic adventure park for kids of all ages. Highly recommended

5 /5 Ngakeone: Love the fact there are 3 separate areas so small or anxious dogs can be separate from the main group. Lots of responsible owners. Plenty of space for dogs to zoom and catch balls. My dog loves it.

Jells Park - Wheelers Hill

Dinesh Chaudhary Jells Park is a fantastic place to unwind—plenty of space for running, walking, and just being in nature. Lots of play areas for kids too, so it’s perfect for families. There’s a café onsite, which is handy for grabbing a coffee, though the coffee itself could be better—but hey, at least there’s an option!

Sweeneys Flats - Eltham

Greg Moloney On the Yarra river at Eltham. A wonderful spot to visit and sit by the river. There are no picnic facilities or public conveniences here. The area remains in its natural state. This spot was my swimming hole in the 1950/60s. It hasn’t changed. It’s a short, steep walk down to the river. The no dogs etc sign relates to the Parks Victoria managed area.

George from In Focus healing and wellness clinic This is a great family destination for both young and big kids. The mini train is always an enjoyable experience, and the volunteers do an amazing job!

Nangak Tamboree Wildlife Sanctuary - Bundoora

Jesse Birch Love this place, a little wild sanctuary in the suburbs! Great to see emus, kangaroos, and a wealth of other wildlife... we even saw a powerful owl one day! Highly recommended for any lovers of nature, thanks to all staff for their dedication and upkeep ♥️

Poulter Reserve - Greensborough

Andrew Buckley Lovely park with quite a decent playground for the kids, electric BBQ, full football oval with goal posts, usable public restrooms (Clean but old), Great for dogs aswell. Adjacent to train station and shops.

Greensborough War Memorial Park - Greensborough

Sean Otto Nice park. Dog friendly. Public toilets. Canteen available but possibly only when a game is playing. No kids playground. Few nice statues around to have a look. Cricket batting cages and pitch in the middle of the football oval.

Griffith Park - Eltham

Linda MacAulay Great walk along the river and a good swim spot. The access can be steep and is on an umade path so not suitable for those with mobility issues

Montmorency Park - Montmorency

Michael Walker Good local ovals for kids to play on and kick the footy. Kids enjoyed watching womens football matches a few weeks ago when they were played here. Local cricket teams also play here in summer. Also nice to go for a walk along the river path.
