1 /5 M S: I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked a full leg wax, and it turned out to be one of the most painful treatments I’ve ever had. Despite the beautician claiming to have 25 years of experience, the results were poor — I had to point out visible hair that she claimed not to see, blaming it on my hair type instead. To make matters worse, hygiene was severely lacking. The bed I was asked to lie on had rice on it, which is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. This was my first and definitely last visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic standards of cleanliness and quality service.

5 /5 Shalaka Jaiswal: It’s a fancy place with amazing staff. The owner is super friendly, kind and has excellent customer service skills. I regularly get my facial, pedicure and waxing done from them and always have a wonderful experience. They are very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

1 /5 Sakshi Mittal: Would avoid at all costs. The owner/ manager charged me extra money for waxing saying I had full growth for my legs. By that logic, there was very less hair on my arms so she should have given me a discount. When I asked her does she charge differently for waxing if people have different kinds of hair, she said that she charges 55 dollars only for waxing. Her rate card says 50 dollars. The experience of waxing itself was quite bad. She didnt want to check if she was waxing properly, was pretty rough and kept trying to justify any discomfort that I reported as surprising. Wouldnt recommend this place.

5 /5 Katirena Faill: Had my hair cut today. I was a client of the previous owner (Summa) so a little skeptical when I arrived but I’m very happy with the result. I showed a picture of what I was wanting & they matched it perfectly. Will definitely be back! Also, great price compared to some others in the area. Thanks ladies!
