1 /5 Philippa Rickards: Absolutely disgusting Behaviour from Staff. Upon arrival I was almost physically pushed aside by another customer wanting to get in front of me and served first. I am disabled and walk with crutches, which made the matter even worse. Staff allowed this to happen and then served this lady and started her nails first despite the fact that I had an appointment and was on time. I was then told they were busy and to come back in 90 minutes. When I objected and again stated I had an appointment I was again told I would have to come back because they had other customers coming in for appointments within the next 30 to 60 minutes. It didnt matter to them that I had an appointment or that the other customer had pushed in front of me. They were incredibly rude and accepting of their customers being the same. Will not go back and will definitely not recommend, especially for anyone with the disability.

1 /5 Kat Flandes: Super thick and misshapen SNS. Worst finish i’ve ever had. Do not go here! So expensive too, paid $50 for these nails and not even a few hours I got them removed. Ugly shapes and unevenly done.

1 /5 ELLIE CATCHPOOLE: Uneven, messy, badly shaped manicure. Top coat not on properly, nails are shaped to dip inwards some half square half rounded, messy paint job. Very unimpressed, waste of money.

5 /5 Angellita Stella: Don’t know what these negative reviews are about, I came here as it’s closest to my house and the ladies here were great, they did an amazing set of acrylics, pedicure and brow wax, very happy, and defiantly making regular trips to this place for maintenance/up keep on my nails and brows

1 /5 Ethan Paech: Girlfriend left very upset and with burning eyes after lashes being way to big and the ends being glued, majority fell out within an hour. Her nails were also a different color the the one shown (white compared to silver). Unsure if was due to Christmas rush, but Id avoid if youre planning on booking, because they also seem pretty rude judging from the reviews. Maybe things will change but for now AVOID
