1 /5 TD: This place has gone downhill. I HAD A VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE this time round. Will NEVER RETURN! The vibe and service was very bad and a lot of neglecting. They keep on telling me to soak my hands into a bowl of acetone, a very toxin chemical to get my colour off. And I get it, it’s a must so I patiently waited. I have been doing nails for many years now this time round my nail- tech lady went on a holiday so I just wanted to take a break and ask for REMOVAL service. From my experiences, it shouldn’t take that long. I was left alone and with my FINGER SOAK for almost 2 HOURS just for someone to come and help me take it off. My fingers are still so sore and numb. I didn’t even receive any apologies from them. I guess this place is all about QUANTITY over QUALITY. I get that you have to make money but you got to do better because people work hard for their money to be able to spend too! Even though I was sitting there they keep on taking customer on and made me waited. If the owner ever sees this she should think about quality work and be more professional. And don’t do this to others. SEE PIC FOR YOURSELF.

5 /5 adelina memeti: They did a great job in removing the terrible job the other place I got my nails done at did. My nails are damaged but that is to be expected after all the work that had to be done to get them off. They were a lot more gentle and didn’t cause me any pain. I would definitely go back the next time I want to get my nails done.

5 /5 Vo Lynnie: The shop really nice and clean. All the staffs so friendly , kind . Always look after customers even busy or quiet. All the time I came here asked for what I want they could do evething. I am so happy with that. Good service , they done amazing jobs. Beautiful design . Good price . Highly recommend.

1 /5 Laura Mason: Do not go!!!! Got shellac down, 3 days later they started to fall off... went back the same week got and had them re done again. The following week same thing happened. Went back to have them removed and they charged me for the removal... so so bad... waste of $45 dollars.... do not go

5 /5 Aysel Batihan: I would like to say this place is amazing ! Such a warm inviting setting, so clean and so many colours and designs to choose from and without a doubt you get what you want. All the nail technicians are beautiful but my favourite is Mi. She truly cares about your experience. I always come in for nail art and it’s always a can do attitude. Even though half the time we expect the same as the picture. ( deep down inside we know how much lighting that photo has the different shades they might have used etc no matter what she will make it happen). I feel comfortable enough to recommend family and friends to this beautiful shop.
