1 /5 hay sainsbury: I was super disappointed with my visit :(
I booked a 9:30am appointment with the intention of getting in early so the salon wouldn’t be busy. Around 5 other customers arrived at the same time - definitely not enough staff to cater for the amount of bookings they had taken.
I’ve been to this salon on multiple other occasions and never received nails that looked this bad. The chrome powder was scratched, lumpy and several of my nails had hairs or bubbles in them. I expressed that I was disappointed with my nails and paying an additional $20 for the chrome effect seemed like a steep price for poor results. I then sat down to have them ‘fixed’, yet after they were fixed they looked worse than what I had to begin with. The pictures are what I was sent away from the salon with. I ended up going to a whole different shopping centre to have them removed the same day.
The appointment felt very rushed, which I believe was due to overbooking appointments. I understand Christmas is a busy time and businesses are trying to attend to as many customers as possible, but this should not compromise the end product.
