3 /5 Masum Liton: $30 for a 10 Min hair cut and not even clean lines. Not sure whats all the hype is about. I always go to Thais Salon at Deerpark for a hair cut as he does my hair exactly how I want to be and finishes with clear line. And doesnt charge me $30 for sure. I just couldnt drive that far coz of back pain but I will definitely not go to beauty & the barber to shell out out $30 for a $10 hair cut which I could have got from the Plaza!!!

1 /5 Neel Shah: Worst customer service in Western Suburbs and no wonder high rated reviews are from Friends and Family. All the time you book an appointment which doesn’t make any sense because you have to wait 30 mins every time and the worst part is your preferred hair dresser is not there. Once I booked appointment with my wife in the afternoon as we had flight in the evening and after reaching the saloon and waiting for 30 mins we were being told that our hair dresser has some urgent sorry she won’t be able to come. We were left shocked as we had flight in the evening.

I requested a balayage with a dark base and chocolate brown highlights, explicitly stating multiple times that I did not want any blonde tones. Despite my clear instructions, the stylist did the complete opposite—she bleached my hair, which not only destroyed my natural curl pattern but also left me with a patchy, unblended mess. The color was awful—a harsh black chunk on my crown with a horrible brown shade that looked like I applied cheap henna at home rather than getting a professional service. I immediately told them I was unhappy, and instead of fixing their mistake properly, they scheduled me for another appointment where they simply dyed my hair back to my original color—which means I paid $280 for absolutely NOTHING. My hair is now exactly the same color as before, except damaged beyond repair because of their incompetence. The staff were friendly, but it’s clear they have no knowledge of hair coloring techniques. This was a complete waste of time and money. I demand a refund because charging $280 for ruining my hair and then covering it up is completely unacceptable. Do not trust this salon with your hair unless you want a disaster.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home the moment I walked in. The barber took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. The ambiance of the shop was also top-notch, clean, and comfortable.
