But since finding this clinic, I’ve regained my confidence and now have no issues at all. Dr. Chen is not only highly professional but also warm and friendly. All staff at the clinic are wonderful, including the lovely receptionist Linda. I would highly recommend this clinic!

The Receptionist Linda was really accommodating with my urgent appointment. Dr Ting was gentle on my teeth ensured that I was not experiencing too much pain. She also gave follow up phone calls to check how I was on a Saturday. Great customer service, and Im glad that I made the switch to this Balcombe Rd Dental. Highly recommend Dr Ting 5/5.
