1 /5 Kat L: Photos showing what my daughter asked for and what she got. Uneven, not to the edge of nails. No hand painted nail art, just uneven glitter which was $20 extra. Did get a full refund but very disappointing. My daughter spent 2 hours there getting what should have been a one hour service. Have previously been myself and was happy so unsure if she was given to an apprentice / new starter as my daughter is a teenager, or they just didn’t care because my daughter is a teenager. Very disappointed. Will definitely not be coming back.

The girls always ask me about my day and how I’m going, always friendly! :) I have come here quite regularly for shellac polish and it lasts longer than any other salon in the area! (I’ve tried many). I can get 3/4 weeks out of it without it chipping! Whereas other places only last 1/2 weeks. Great work, amazing quality for the price. Keep in mind that a lot of people over-exaggerate things and are more likely to leave a review if they aren’t happy rather than if they are. Will always recommend these girls - great work, keep it up!

1 /5 Valentina Itskovich: My heel was cut it bled, very rough. Compensated with a $5 discount after I asked if they cut me, very unprofessional, I am now limping from pain today.

1 /5 Allana Santiago: Manicure- my hands were not scrubbed and no cream was applied. My cuticles bled and I was left with peeling skin. SNS- Good nails, bad customer service. Pedicure- Dry skin was not removed from my heels prior to soaking them in water. Might as well just soak my feet in water at home, apply gel polish and call it a pedicure while saving $35! Will not visit again!

1 /5 shadowila: Booked in an appointment with these "nail professionals" signed myself up for manicure and pedicure. Got asked to come in the morning. They were already understaffed and over booked. Waited 20 minutes for this butchered job. I picked the nail color of the samples they gave. When they started putting on the colour iiit was not accurate. They rushed through it. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails with her eyes closed. They re-use tools and they arent very hygienic. Clippers and other tools they used had other customers dead skin on them, the files that they had have been used on multiple people. I think that 1 star is too generous for these people. Very unhappy. Avoid at all cost
