I went for eyebrow and facial, couldn’t be more happier as I got my perfect eyebrow arch along with shiny face. Price is also very reasonable and I can’t think of anyone other than Rima.

I would highly recommend Reema for her services including waxing and upper lip which she ensured that it was less painful while doing the service and I would continue to do my eyebrows with her.

The staff at Anju are truly amazing - theyre friendly, attentive, and incredibly talented. The threading service was impeccable. Anju herself is a master of her craft, and her attention to detail is impressive. She took the time to understand my preferences and worked her magic to give me perfectly shaped eyebrows. 1 /5 Bree T: Not exactly what I wanted. Charged me $35 when it clearly states ladies haircut is $30. I didnt even get a wash. Rip off. Dont go by the reply, the owner just makes up things to reply. I literally took a picture at the salon when I had my haircut and the owner replied saying their hairdresser is currently on a holiday. So what? Im talking about when I had a haircut from her. I still have my receipt. Had to come home and cut the front layers myself. I showed a picture of how I wanted my haircut, but the lady didnt pay much attention. Probably the worst haircut Ive had in years. The aprons stank so bad. They need to be washed daily. The mens section had so many Barbers, but the womens section only had one lady (the lady with the long hair wears thick rimmed glasses). While I was waiting multiple ladies turned up for a haircut but returned due to shortage of hairdressers, it was only 3PM. This is a salon on a busy street. Consider hiring experienced hairdressers. I had to wait for 30 minutes, my haircut was done in 10 minutes because the lady wasnt experienced. You can clearly see the difference in the pictures, my front layers were left untouched. Now the owner replied trying to invalidate my experience. The fact that the owner makes false excuses and doesnt own up to their poor service explains their service. You dont even deserve one star now because of LYING. The worst salon service in Werribee.
