Milly Schmidt Mirna is by far the best nail technician Ive ever met. She works at such a speed and with such precision that honestly has set the standard so high that I will struggle to get my nails done elsewhere because this level of quality is now my normal. Her studio is always spotless and theres heaps of parking in the area too. I hesitate to recommend her any more highly in case too many people book and I cant see her as regularly!

Archie N Kylie is the best nail artist I have ever gone to. Ive been going to her for a couple years now. She takes pride in the work she does and her attention to detail is amazing. Every time I have had my nails done by Kylie I have had compliments (even from strangers). Her work speaks for itself. Shes amazing at what she does, she kind, friendly and professional. I couldnt recommend her enough!

Jazmin Claveria I always have an amazing experience at Tkay . No matter who attends to me over the years. Their space is lovely, inviting, and not at all a sensory overload. My hair has never looked better and I always look forward to an appointment.

Meary Jane Bowerman DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! If you want a CLOWN nails this place is perfect for you. Wasted $50 for a shitty job. When I asked to correct it she would give me a gibberish excuses. What a disappointment

Orla Byrne A fabulous skincare clinic in a great central location in Richmond. Jane is super knowledgeable and her treatments feel relaxing yet always delivering what your skin needs. I also love that I can buy high quality skincare products directly from Jane after my treatments - can’t recommend enough!

Isabelle Cranmer Went in for event hair styling - 2 people, one with straight hair and one with curly. Didn’t apply heat protectant. When straightening hair, went over the same small strand of hair 3 times. Didn’t know how to section hair, seemed to have little to no training. Curly hair - booked for hair wash and styling, they didn’t want to wash hair and when styling it, they were frying it. We both walked out before severe damage could be done.

Robyn Grady EXCELLENT customer service! I ordered a pile of stuff and received in good time. One item was wrong so I contacted them and Meghan replied the next day. Meghan was so lovely and on the ball. The originally ordered product is now on its way. It is SO refreshing to deal with a company, and customer service person, who actually wants to help, and help quickly. So its a huge thumbs up from me. Thank you, Meghan :)

sadaf armanpanah Last night, we had a couple’s massage, and I am extremely dissatisfied. It left me with a very unpleasant feeling. The masseuse was very inexperienced, with unprofessional movements and extremely light pressure, almost like stroking, even though I specifically asked for a firmer massage. Not only did it fail to relieve any physical pain, but it also left me with an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience overall. For such poor quality, the price was outrageously high and unjustified.

Mohammed Hossen The Hanoi Pho offers a warm and cozy ambiance with nice decor, and serves halal food. The traditional Vietnamese beef and shredded chiken pho was delicious, rich with full of flavours. And the fried rich with chicken was different then traditional fried rice but taste was delicious yummy, must say one of the best. The service was friendly but take almost 25 minutes to get the food. Despite this, the food and atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and will visit again.

AR I wish Ivy manages time a bit better. After calling to make an appointment i still had to wait 45 min. This is does happen often. I guess you get what you pay for.

Krista Wilson I tried to return a product to Chemist Warehouse on Bridge Road in Richmond between 2-2.30pm on Wednesday 12th March 2025. The product I was returning is a Medela Single Electric Breast Pump- and the manager refused to accept the refund because there was a small tear at the top of the box which was already there when I purchased it; to add to the this, the plastic seal of the box was still completely in tact so it is clear that the box has not been opened and the contents has not been tampered with. At first, she said she cant process a refund because of the tear, but that she could offer me an exchange instead, to which I declined because I really did not need anything else. I walked out of the store, and then after having a thought I walked back in to ask the manager "What is the difference between getting an exchange instead of a refund when I am still going to be returning the product to the store with either option?" to which she could not answer me and instead offered to call the store in which I purchased the product from. She called the the store I purchased the product from (Bentleigh, VIC) and told them they (Bridge Rd) couldnt accept the refund because there was a tear on the box (without providing the context that the tear was very small and plastic seal was still completely in tact) and apparently Bentleigh said they could refund me if bring it back to the original store. Apparently the original store I bought it from said the tear was already there because they asked the person who served me on the day- but honestly I know this isnt true and it really is my word against theirs. I know I can’t prove the tear was already there, and this has taught me to never buy even slightly damaged boxes because apparently it completely takes away my right to a refund. I then asked the Bridge Road manager if I could take up her original offer of receiving a store credit or exchange to which she said "No because you already said no and you were not telling the truth about the tear" so this manager just accused me of lying. She had completely changed her mind about her original offer, probably because she realised there is no difference between giving a refund or exchange when the reason for a refund refusal is a slightly torn boxed. Just very poor customer service and a potential breech of consumer rights. This manager was being difficult and creating an unnecessary inconvenience for a customer. UPDATE: I have since returned the product to a different Chemist Warehouse (not even the one I purchased it from) with no issues at all, the process took 4 minutes unlike the unsuccessful 30 minutes of my time that was wasted on Bridge Rd.
