Deepshikha Chhabra Had to deal with Lukatis as a third party lawyer for a lease transfer. Pricing for their work was well above that expected/reasonable (confirmed by multiple other legal parties involved) for the work involved. The costing was provided at the last second which meant we were unable to dispute it prior to payment as it would delay settlement. Payment was made under dispute and we have since made multiple attempts to request a breakdown of the costing and justification and received no response at all. Incredibly disappointed and considering escalating the matter as we have given them ample chance to provide explanation. Very unprofessional and unreasonable service. Still happy to be contacted if they are willing to provide some communication!

Andrew was very rude and disrespectful, the first thing he mentioned to me was that I am unemployed so I would not be able to pay the legal cost of them.
