What he tells you verbally on the first call may be very different from what’s written in the contract. The contract may include unexpected terms, so read it very carefully before signing. Hence, I sent all the necessary documents and information to Neema through emails and whatsapp as requested by him. However, thereafter I never heard back from Neema again. I tried to contact him over the phone, messages and emails to get an update about the case. However, I was unable to reach him and he never got back to me. He wasted a month of my time and put me through a very stressful situation. Most of the reviews here are fake because Neema even asked me to write him a good review. Myles Kummrow I engaged MW Law to replace a lost Title. They told me the whole process would take 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted them to check the progress only to find they had not even started work on the matter yet. The process ended up taking months instead of weeks! I have also since discovered that their fee was almost double what other solicitors charge for the same service. Very poor.

I arranged an appointment to update my will with Molly. when we arrived we sat in the office talking and a lady that was with me (I’m caring for) who has lung cancer started having a coughing fit. I was about to ask her for a glass of water to calm her coughing down and Molly got up and said ‘’she was not going to stay in a room where someone was constantly coughing’’ and then walked out. I then followed her to tell her that the lady I was caring for had lung cancer and that was the reason she was coughing. Molly then got her Manager involved and they both kept their distance from us as though we were LEPERS or had the PLAGUE, the way they looked at us was disgusting, we were then forced to leave. !!! I’m just shocked that they can be soo narrow minded and not even listen to the reason she was coughing. they obviously don’t have any communication skills to discuss their concerns but would rather treat you like a leper and force you to leave. !!! I’ll be AVOIDING them like the plague in future. Disgusting service.

Mr AW I did not enjoy my experience dealing with the senior staff. I felt as though telephone calls were pro-longed and went off on a tangent, however was still billed for this tangent. Be aware of this when you are talking to them on the phone. I was also charged a significant sum to prepare and attend a VCAT hearing via phone, the hearing was adjourned and they decided not to represent me at the new hearing date. What a total waste of money as I had to engage another firm. Watch out for this firm! And please do not fabricate that I was untruthful, refused to follow advice, demanded to pursue an unethical course of action, demanded unrealistic results or desires to mislead the Court. As all this is fabricated and clearly displays the ignorance of the firm.
