Further evidence of a loyal customer being ripped off just because we trusted them. *** If you want to pay double cost and receive terrible quality, Easy Link is there for you. The fees for search (council, land tax and water) is from $130 to $300. They charged me $990 (and reduce to $770 when I asked why so expensive). Professional fee is $700 higher than my friend’s conveyancer (my friend bought a similar property and 2 weeks after me). Quality is terrible. One example, they provide minimal paper work whereas my friends conveyancers offer several advice and call to check the progress. Easy link does not.
