Roy Z Covered up or were oblivious to their clients (a developer) encroachment of neighbouring land. The resultant lawsuit (c. $100,000) would be passed onto the buyer of the developed properties upon settlement. Ultimately, the developer had to return the land at cost, and could not complete the originally designed structure. We escaped less than a week before settlement - luckily, the neighbours informed us of their ongoing case against the developer and Bradley Lawyers during our final inspection. When we reached out, Bill called our concerns laughable and embarrassing - he was either willingly deceptive or negligent of his duties given the final outcome. If we had settled, we would have spent nearly $1,000,000 on an incomplete property that was missing a significant amount of its land, or paid up a further amount to keep the land.

Alex Campione If I could give these jokers "zero" stars, I would. The conveyancer who has "20 years experience" is the most incompetent person I have come across. As the other poster said, they are only interested in money. Calls were not returned, emails went unanswered. Nothing will be double-checked and you will be treated like dirt. The attitude is appalling from someone who is apparently very experienced. Dont even bother unless you want to feel like youre an annoyance every time you try and contact her. The receptionist is very nice - maybe the conveyancer could take a leaf out of her book.

Max Had a guy from Sydney helping me out. Turns out he didnt keep hes promise to wear any extra time put on the job. Wanted more money and in the end he did absolutely nothing for the last money he got. (2000$) Bloody robbery. I would not recommend this lawyer firm!
